Refunds Issued for Company Mistakes or Errors:

We take every measure to ensure that our storage services are delivered to the highest standards. However, in the event that we make a mistake or error, we will gladly issue a refund to rectify the situation. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you believe that you have been billed incorrectly due to a mistake on our part, please contact our customer support team. We will review your account and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund for the overcharged amount.

  • Service Errors: In the rare instance that we make a mistake or error in the provision of our storage services, we will investigate the issue and, if the mistake is on our part, provide a refund or credit.

 

Refunds Not Issued for Customer-Initiated Actions:

 

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to terminate your storage agreement or request a refund due to a change of mind or circumstances, we cannot issue a refund. Our service agreements are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for fulfilling the terms of their agreement.

  • Unused Services: Refunds will not be issued for unused storage services. Customers are responsible for the full cost of the services they have contracted, even if they choose not to utilize them.
