1.1 Welcome to Reliable Storage Co. (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By using our storage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
2.1 "Customer" refers to any individual or entity that utilizes our storage services.
2.2 "Storage Unit" means the designated storage space provided by us for the customer's use.
2.3 "Access Hours" refers to the hours during which customers may access their storage unit.
3. Rental Agreement
3.1 Customers must enter into a rental agreement before using our storage services. The terms of this agreement will specify the duration, rent, and other important terms.
4. Use of Storage Units
4.1 Customers must only use the storage unit for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited items include hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, illegal drugs, perishable goods, and any items that may damage the storage unit, pose a threat to safety, or violate any laws.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1 Customers must pay all fees and charges as outlined in their rental agreement.
5.2 Late payments may result in late fees, and non-payment could lead to the auction of stored items to cover outstanding fees.
6. Security and Access
6.1 We take security seriously, but we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your stored items.
6.2 Access to the storage unit is limited to the customer and those individuals authorized in the rental agreement.
6.3 Access Hours may vary, so check with us for specific times.
7. Insurance
7.1 Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their stored items. We do not provide insurance for your belongings.
8. Termination of Agreement
8.1 Either party may terminate the rental agreement with proper notice as specified in the agreement. (Unlawful, illegal, unauthorized actions allow Reliable Storage Co. to terminate contact immediately).
8.2 Upon termination, the customer must remove all items from the storage unit and leave it in a clean and undamaged condition.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of using our storage services.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1 We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and they will apply to all future storage services.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of Tennessee.
